Cronengine: Terms of Service (B2B)

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between: Furora BV, Kastanjelaan 51, 2630 Aartselaar, Belgium, enterprise number 0656.855.294 (“Furora”, “we”, “us”), and the business customer using the Cronengine service (“Customer”, “you”).
1. Definitions
Service: the Cronengine platform, APIs, dashboard and scheduling infrastructure.
Account: the business account created by the Customer.
User Data: URLs, schedules, payloads and credentials provided by Customer.
Fees: subscription amounts payable for the Service.
2. Scope of Service
The Service is provided exclusively for professional purposes (B2B only). Use by consumers is explicitly excluded. Furora may modify features at its discretion.
3. Account Responsibility
The Customer is solely responsible for:
- all activity under its Account;
- safeguarding credentials and API keys;
- configuration of tasks and endpoints;
- verifying legality of all scheduled actions.
4. Acceptable Use
The Customer shall not use the Service to:
- perform illegal activities;
- send spam, phishing or malware;
- perform DDoS or intrusion attempts;
- mine cryptocurrency;
- overload target systems.
5. Customer Data
The Customer remains owner of its User Data. Furora acts solely as technical processor and does not review content.
6. Security & Backups
The Service is not a guaranteed delivery mechanism and must not be used for life-critical or mission-critical processes.
7. Availability
Provided on an “as available” basis without guarantee of uptime or exact execution timing.
8. Fees & Payment
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically. All Fees are non-refundable.
9. No Warranty, As Is
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
Total liability is limited to the Fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event, with an absolute maximum of €500.
11. Term & Termination
Either party may terminate at the end of the billing cycle. Access is revoked without refund.
12. Governing Law
Belgian law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
